Our Sumptuous Menu
Thai cuisine is famous for the blending of four fundamental flavours:
• sweet (sugar, fruits, sweet peppers)
• spicy hot (chillies)
• sour (vinegar, lime juice, tamarind)
• salty (soy sauce, fish sauce)

With emphasis leaning more on spiciness and sweetness. Most Thai dishes are complex hodgepodge of these flavours. It is accomplished by combining a host
of herbs, spices and fruits, including: chilli, cumin, garlic, ginger, basil, sweet basil, lime, lemongrass, coriander, pepper, turmeric, and shallots. Though Vietnamese cuisine is also made use of the same basic flavours, the ingredients and intensity of flavours vary widely. Attention centers on spiciness and sourness with a dash
of saltiness. Vietnamese dishes use nuoc mam (fish sauce) abundantly to compliment a variety of dishes.

Vietnamese cuisine is extremely diverse, but could generally be divided into three main categories, each pertaining to Vietnam's three main regions in the north, central and south. The dishes are characterized by minimal use of oil, rich in fresh herbs and is mainly based on rice-paper, soy sauce, fish sauce and savoured by
a variety of basil and mint
